Got raspberries, sugar, and cream? Then you can make an outstanding Italian semifreddo. Semifreddo—the name says it all—is a luscious semi-frozen dessert and it’s the creamiest non-ice cream treat you'll find! Plus, it only takes 5 minutes to prep!

Today’s recipe features a wonderful layered combination of  lemon cream and raspberry-soaked lady finger cookies. If this is what frozen food can taste like, we're already on board.

  • 6 ounces raspberries (3/4 cup), thawed if frozen
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup lemon curd
  • 10 ladyfingers
