Today's Recipe: Easy Oven Ribs

Great news: now a little rain won't be a reason to stop you from creating falling-off-the-bone tender baby back ribs! In today's video, Everyday Food editor in chief Sarah Carey takes a favorite grilling recipe and places it in the oven instead. The result is a smokey and sweet rack of ribs that's easy enough to make on a weeknight.

Ready to start shopping? Here's what you'll need:

  • 2 racks baby back pork ribs (about 2 1/2 pounds total)
  • 1/2 cup packed dark-brown sugar
  • Coarse salt and ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup Cajun seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons smoked or sweet paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground mustard
