Say it with us: "It's SUMMERTIME!"
And -- it's hot. VERY hot. So hot that we're considering steering clear of our ovens for at least a day or two -- which poses a tough "what can we serve?" challenge for warm weather parties.
Not to fear, Sarah Carey has the answer (doesn't she always?). Today, Sarah whips up a 6-ingredient avocado and cilantro dip that comes together entirely in a food processor. Slightly spicy and incredibly creamy, this easy appetizer will definitely make the rounds at our parties this summer. Will it make it to your tables? Let us know in the comments section!
Ready to get the party started? Here's what you'll need to make this incredible dip:

- 1 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 finely chopped jalapeno
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- Tortilla chips, for serving
