    Amazing recipe! Will definitely clear the sinuses. I had a tough time finding dried shiitakes, and they were a little pricy. My usual grocery store had fresh ones, if that's all you can find are there alterations that should be made in the cooking process?

    Made this soup. It was great. Tasted just like what you get at a restauant. I didn't have white pepper but black worked well.
