A homemade coriander spice mix gives this fish a flavor boost. If you like heat, use hot Hungarian paprika or 1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper instead of regular paprika.

I just love Sarah! She always makes me laugh out loud...I mean literally! From now on. when I'm cutting a super strong onion, I'll happily refer to it as evil, and say, "Back the truck up!" Cooking was never this much fun before. Thank you, Sarah!
