LOVED this video! LOVE LOVE LOVE the one bowl wonder chocolate cupcakes. Moist and full flavored, lip smacking yummy. I used butter cream frosting, chocolate and vanilla...excellent! Thank you MS and Friends. Got the magazine, too! The house smells fabulous from all these cupcakes, and my family seems to love me even more than usual!

Hands down the BEST chocolate cake recipe EVER. Definitely my new go-to. I made it for my son's second birthday as 2 8-inch rounds. Had to increase the cooking time pretty considerably since it was a lot of batter, but otherwise perfectly moist, super chocolate-y and not overly sweet. Everyone loved it, and my husband and I have been unable to stay away from the leftovers! We made buttercream frosting but I can imagine homemade whipped cream frosting would be great with this. I would LOVE to have a similar recipe (i.e. one bowl, no electric mixer) for a non-chocolate flavor -- just for variety.

I agree with Sarita's comment. I would love to have a recipe like this but for like a flavor like red velvet which is my husband's favorite. We both love chocolate too and can't wait to try this recipe. I also agree with Anne's comment about wanting the full written recipe of the frosting. I didn't see it unless I missed it, and I'm a 22 year old novice at this and better at following written instructions rather than verbal ones. Regardless, it was a great idea, a tremendous recipe, and thanks for sharing it with us.
