Delicate vs. Sturdy Cookies

Posted by

We rallied for rugelach—a favorite here—on Facebook, but molasses cookies still won yesterday's round, though by less than 10 votes. And while we love chocolate marshmallow cookies, oatmeal raisin definitely makes it into our top five cookies of all time. You agree, because it won easily.

Today's vote pairs two solid cookies against two thin, fragile treats. Coconut macaroons (remember those from last week?) go up against lace cookies, which are named for the holes that form when they bake. Sugar cookies will battle against tuiles, those eye-catching cookies that can act as a garnish for desserts.
