I just made this and it was wonderful. I used chicken instead of pork, though. I usually don't like the flavor of orange, but with the lime and garlic, this was perfect. Also, so so fast and easy. Thanks so much, Sarah!

Delicious. Really good and easy, but too tangy for some kids. One granddaughter ate it, one just tasted. Next time I will cut back on the lime juice, and thus on the sugar too, until I get it to their taste. But I will definitely make it again.
