Quinoa isn't just for dinner anymore: In this week's Healthy Start we bake the super seed with a few other wholesome ingredients to make a granola-like crunchy topping for yogurt.
Quinoa-Almond Crunch

Active Time: 15 min
Total Time: 45 min
Ingredients
1 large egg white, beaten

Can't wait to try this version! I make something similar http://makeitnaked.com/2012/03/27/quinoa-crunch/ and love the idea of adding almonds.
