Just because berries are out-of-season expensive doesn't mean you can't enjoy fruit on your AM yogurt. Try this sweet and simple citrus recipe, after the jump.
Honey-Citrus Yogurt
Spoon some plain or vanilla yogurt into a bowl. With a sharp knife, remove the peel and pith from an orange or a grapefruit. Working over a medium bowl, cut out citrus segments, then squeeze juice from membranes. Top yogurt with citrus segments, chopped pistachios, and a few fresh mint leaves. Whisk some honey into the citrus juice and spoon over yogurt to serve.
