Goodbye Year of the Dragon, hello Year of the Snake. Tonight is New Year’s Eve on the Chinese Lunar Calendar and we’re anticipating a feast (in addition to the firecrackers we may or may not set off...). Traditionally, tonight is marked by a big family dinner followed by time spent together making dumplings.

I love all these fantastic recipes you have.........I like to get some feedback of my own.....I have come up with a dip recipe of my own....but I dont know how to get it out there.....In need of some advise on where to go....can u help..Thank You.

We tried the penne with tomatoes and pancetta last night, and today I shared the link for the recipe with 8 friends. It was beyond delicious, and so incredibly easy. This will become part of our pasta rotation. Thank you for coming up with such a wonderful recipe.
