Goodbye Year of the Dragon, hello Year of the Snake. Tonight is New Year’s Eve on the Chinese Lunar Calendar and we’re anticipating a feast (in addition to the firecrackers we may or may not set off...). Traditionally, tonight is marked by a big family dinner followed by time spent together making dumplings.
