Hi, Sarah. I would love to try this and many of your other recipes, but am dealing with a newly diagnosed garlic allergy (sad, but true). It's been hard, but I've found most things are fine (if not as tasty) if I just omit garlic; however, in recipes like this where garlic is only one of a few ingredients, I wonder if you have any suggestions for other herbs or spices I could substitute in the place of garlic so the dish isn't totally bland and "flat?" I understand if this stumps you! Thank you.

Hello - would love the recipe but when I click "get the full recipe," an error screen appears. Can you please repost? Thanks.

Bland. Took longer than an hour. Some of the rice is still crunchy. Disappointed!
