We've realized that some granolas are actually just fat-bombs—you might as well just break up a cookie and sprinkle it on top of your yogurt! But this recipe is an exception: The secret ingredient is naturally sweet apple juice concentrate, which helps coat the granola so you don't have to use a ton of oil to get a nice, crisp batch.
