This is sooo good. I like Brussel Sprouts, but this is new and unexpected and delicious. I made two variations, original and the next day vegan with nut-tofu. Both great.
PS: My son loves to watch you. He is 5 and does not understand a word ( we are from Germany). But he loves to see you cook.
