today's recipe: honey-mustard salmon with green beans

Posted by

This elegant dinner is way easier than it looks -- and ready in just 25 minutes. The secret weapons are a few pantry staples that add bold flavor to the salmon fillet and warm, tender vegetables. Watch Sarah's video to learn the easiest way to make breadcrumbs (they add fantastic texture), and how to tell when your salmon is perfectly cooked.

Sara, I love the recipes you send daily and have tried many. They are all delicious. Question, is there any way to give us the capability when printing recipes to enlarge the print? when printed the recipes are extremely small print and very difficult to read. If we had the ability on the site to choose a larger print it would be wonderful for those of us who need it. That's the only thing that discourages me from trying many of the recipes. Thanks so much. Lorraine

I love this issue of E.F. BUT I do have a comment.I noticed while trying to read some of the recipes,I couldn't read them.I love the use of color but sometimes the color makes it difficult to read.On page 45 the comments go from a blue background to the white of the bowl. On pg.54 I had trouble reading over the yellow and white and gray. Also, looking for the page number I had trouble reading the number.Granted,I am 71 and have lazer surgery surgery that has me using a magnifying glass. In any case.I thought I would let you know.
I will still be trying to read everything, magnifying glass and all.
