We love natural peanut butter for its simple ingredient list (peanuts, sometimes salt) and its great taste (peanuts!). But what we don't love is dealing with the oil separation - straight from the store, you're likely to get a jar of chalky peanut butter with a good half-inch of oil on top. Stirring it up takes a long time and a lot of elbow grease, and we always end up spilling a lot of the oil in the process. Here's our favorite, no-effort trick for making it easier.
