Fresh fruit makes everything better, especially freshly baked puff pastry. Keeping a box of puff pastry in the freezer means that you'll always have a base for a decadent dessert!

I saw this recipe in the magazine but I'm a bit intimidated by puff pastry. You make it look so easy! Maybe I'll do it with both bananas and strawberries!

I tried this and it was soooooo yummy!!!! First time i have worked with puffed pastry and it was very easy. Going to try the bread stix next!!!!!!
