I am a Weight Watcher fan and am looking for low calorie, healthy, desserts, salads, and main coarse meals. I am interested in ethnic foods, esp. Indian and Ethiopian. I work at the Children's Home Society in the kitchen. Hours are 10:00am-6:30pm. Taking over my husbands job of cooking at home. Many thank you's.

Thanks for sharing! I usually roast a chicken in a dutch oven at 500 degrees for one hour, but this recipe keeps the oven heat down a little...great for summer. Can't wait to try!
