Kitchen Cam: A mess-free way to measure honey

Posted by

Welcome to our first installment of Kitchen Cam, a behind-the-scenes look inside the Everyday Food test kitchen. Each week we'll post a quick video that highlights one of the tips and tricks we use when we're cooking up recipes for the magazine. Have a question for our food editor? Post it in the comments section and we may answer it in an upcoming Kitchen Cam.

Ready to put this tip into action? Read on for a few of our favorite recipes involving honey...

Brilliant! I bet that would work with agave, too!

Cool! Any way a swipe of olive oil or something would do the same thing? I don't like to use cooking spray...

Hi Nancy, we had a little technical trouble yesterday, so try leaving a comment on that post again today. If that doesn't work, you can send an email with your name, address, telephone number, and email address to slowcookergiveaway@marthastewart.com.

My sister and niece received notices that the subscriptions to Everyday Food that I have been giving them were being changed over to Martha Stewart Living and are not receiving their Everyday Food issues. Meanwhile I purchased the Dec.issue at my local bookstore (Book Lovers gourmet) and hopefully their renewals and 2 new subscriptions were accepted. We love this magazine and don't want to see it stop.
