Hi,
I have enjoyed Everyday Food recipes since it began on PBS - long before food was the 'in' thing. The videos are a bonus. You make it look so easy and I learn a great deal.
Today I was quite shocked to see you use a canned pre-packaged broth. I understand the connivence factor. The thing I was most surprised by was that you used such a low quality broth.

Made this last night and it was quick and So Good! The sauce would be good on fish too! I used chicken thighs because that was all I had on hand and substituted Parsley for Tarragon because I didn't want to make a trip to the store. Still came out Great!
