Just made this tonight, and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The lime zest and chili powder give the chicken such a wonderful flavor! Wake up your taste-buds with the unexpected combination of pineapple-cucumber salad! It's FAST and perfect for a light summer supper!

Made this for dinner last night. Flavors are bright and light. The pineapple/cuke/cilantro are great with the grilled chicken. Loved that the recipe gave the calorie count too.

oh my heavens!! this was absolutely fabulous!! the chicken was full of flavor and the pineapple-cucumber salad was the perfect accompaniment - light and refreshing! when the chicken was done, i drizzled a little of the juice from the salad over the chicken pieces and it added just that perfect little "pop". i will be making this often!!
