This recipe was fast, flavorful, and enjoyed by all! I used chicken tenders and as suggested by others, I made two batches of the wet and dry ingredients - one to marinate the chicken with and the other as directed for the onions and peaches. Will definitely make again.

Question: Would you like to learn how to make this same wonderful dish in 5 minutes and cooked in less than 30?

The cooking time was not enough with rack at center of oven (oven is properly calibrated) - - Ended up being about 40 mins for chicken to color properly and achieve temperature. With that said, an absolutely wonderful dish and so easy to prepare. We also found it advantageous to put the initial vegetables into a large bowl to toss with the sesame oil, vegetable oil, soy sauce, etc., then transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet. Great job and thanks!
