Hi, I'm Australian, but have been living for a long while in Italy and I regularly follow your website. About your recipes, can you tell me more or less in grams or ounces how much is the weight when you specify "sticks of butter"
Thanks

Hello! I am an American who is currently living in Australia. Cooking conversions can be tricky, especially when recipes call for '1 stick of butter', how much is a stick? I have a conversion chart that I always use when cooking. Here is what you need to know about 'a stick of butter'.
1 stick of butter = 1/4 pound
1 stick of butter = 1/2 cup
1 stick of butter = 8 tablespoons
1 stick of butter = 4 ounces
1 stick of butter = 113 grams
I hope this helps!
