This time of year, you can't go wrong with pesto + pasta! For lunch today, our copy editor Heather brought leftovers of her weekend dinner— spinach and asparagus pesto with fresh fettuccine— to share. (The recipe is from one of her favorite cookbooks, Heidi Swanson’s Super Natural Every Day.) Coincidentally, our recipe tester Jessie had whipped up her own ramp and asparagus pesto with whole-wheat fettuccine for the staff to enjoy. Both were delicious with a squeeze of lemon and a dollop of ricotta, or enjoyed plain. What did you eat for lunch today?
