In a glass, stir together 2 ounces vodka , 1 ounce fresh lime juice, and a lime wedge. Add ice and top off with ginger beer.
Makes 1 drink.

There are only about 3 mixed drinks I enjoy - this is one of them. What brand of Ginger Beer did you use in this photograph? It looks clear. I always use Reeds, and it's a light amber color.
