20 minutes to make this dish, really? Too much time, I can make it with sunny side up egg in less than five minutes......

Good concept, but I think a soft corn tortilla would be better.

LOVE the recipe for the Ranchero Sauce! I prefer the flour tortilla because you can roll it up and eat on the run.
