In a highball glass filled with ice, add 2 ounces Pimm’s #1, and top with lemon lime soda. Garnish with sprigs of mint, or a slice of cucumber. Makes 1 drink.

Ahh, this picture just inspired me to go make one. We live in central Fla & found Pimm's at Total Wine in Jacksonville. Delicious with lemon or lime wedge, the way we had it in England. Brings back memories!
