In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 4 ounces Caribbean rum, 1/4 cup pineapple juice, and 1/2 cup fresh orange juice. Shake, then pour pour into 2 glasses and top with freshly grated nutmeg.

We drank many of these during our Honeymoon in St.John. The cocktail as prepared there includes an ounce of cream of coconut. The coconut with fresh nutmeg is amazing!

Reminds me of the ones I drank last summer in Jost Van Dyke, British Virgin Islands. Ahhhh!

use coconut rum... a lower calorie pina colada...YUM
