Is there a way this can be modified so that it could be stored in the freezer and brought out later to finish and serve?

I make up the 4 mini-loaves, bake two and freeze two for another night. For the ones that I freeze I just leave off the honey-mustard topping which can easily be prepared when the loaves are thawed and ready to be baked.
