I prepared spring vegetable couscous with chicken last night. While my family and I loved the spring vegetable combination, the dish wash rather bland. I added crushed garlic to the recipe, but it still didn't add much more flavor. Is there a way to spice this recipe up a bit to give it more flavor?

I personally would make curry vinegarette and toss this dish with it. I mix curry powder, cumin, crushed garlic, vinegar, grapseed oil and salt and pepper and blend together. It works great for spicy things up for me.
