In a pint glass, combine 1 tablespoon honey, the juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 ounce gin, and pinch of salt. Slowly pour 1 bottle or can of Pale Ale to fill glass, and garnish with a lemon wedge. Makes 1 drink.
