In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 4 ounces coffee or espresso (cooled), 1 ounce Bailey’s Irish Cream, 1 ounce Kahlua, and 1 ounce bourbon. Shake well and serve. Also try with vanilla flavored vodka, or Frangelico. Makes 2 drinks.

Okay, these are too delicious. I'm planning on making them for Mother's Day brunch, but fear I could end up passing out on the floor before my guests arrive if I have one too early
