Over the past few months, we've added video to our busy shoot schedule, which are shot exclusively for our iPad editions (though we like to preview some of them on the blog, too). I thought you might like a behind-the-scenes look at how the shoot comes together. Our talented food editors cook the recipes pretty much from start to finish, and we capture it all on digital video, which is then edited in-house by a great digital team. We then write and record voice-overs, and finally the videos are edited again, color corrected, and uploaded to the iPad. Here's a peek at how it looks from the inside.

2 It's super important to stay organized. Ingredients for each dish are separated on sheet trays so we can quickly move from one demo to the next.
3 That's Molly, our shoot assistant, with Vincent doing camera work.
4 The footage feeds directly into a computer, and from there the files go into the editing booth.
