Honestly, when isn't it time to eat the doughnuts? I know, I know, this should not be a daily indulgence, but when the world-famous Doughnut Plant opens a new location within blocks of our office, it is definitely time to stop in and sample the flavors of the day. Doughnut Plant is renowned for using top-shelf ingredients in all of their doughnuts, and it shows. We fell in love with the carrot cake, pistachio, and tres leches especially. If you're in NYC (or Tokyo or Seoul), make a detour. Here's a slideshow of the Chelsea shop, situated next door to the Chelsea Hotel.
