In a blender, combine 1 pint vanilla ice cream, 1 cup half and half, 1/2 cup brandy, and 2 tablespoons Cointreau. Blend until smooth, and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.

My main experience with brandy is sometimes adding a little splash to coffee. This brandy milk punch takes that to a whole new level. This would be a great for a holiday party instead of eggnog. Thanks!
