Thomas and Martha cooking on the Martha Stewart Show
On the Holiday Baking show, Thomas Joseph, Assistant TV Chef at the Martha Stewart show, made his grandmother's baklava with Martha. Click below to see what he and the other TV chefs did with the leftover phyllo dough!
1 Cut phyllo sheets into 5x5" squares. Brush each layer with melted butter and generously sprinkle with granulated sugar. Stack sheets 5 layers high and fit into mini muffin tins.
2 Bake @ 350 for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp. Cool completely.
3 Fill phyllo cups with lemon curd or citrus sorbet
4 Voila! Citrus phyllo cups!
