Potluck party food

For potluck parties or dinner clubs, here are some easy, make-ahead recipes that never fail.
Traditional favorites like cheesy lasagna, macaroni and cheese, and tetrazzini can be made ahead and simply reheated when they reach their destination.
Ethnic flavors are a nice change of pace. Try this lemony orzo bake, spicy coconut curry casserole, chipotle chicken and rice, or tortilla pie.
Vegetarians will be happy to find eggplant parmesan, roasted vegetable lasagna, or kale and white bean soup (just be sure to use water or vegetable stock instead of chicken broth).
