The best thing to happen to air travel since free wi-fi, Cholula now comes in portable packets with your airplane meal! For those of you who don't know Cholula, it's a blend of piquin peppers, chile arbol and a bunch of savory spices. I love it on tacos, nachos, eggs or potatoes, or stirred into ketchup for french fries. It made that burrito-shaped thing the airline called an "enchilada" down-right delicious! Keep an eye out for it on flight to, from or connecting in Houston. What happy discoveries transformed your airplane meal?
