We have been smitten with The Geometry of Pasta (below), a brilliant and beautiful cookbook about pasta and sauces by Caz Hildebrand and chef Jacob Kenedy (above, in the kitchen of his London restaurant, Bocca di Lupo). Today, Jacob is on the Martha Show making Baked Manicotti and Triofe Al Pesto Genovese (torpedo shaped pasta with pesto) from the book. We got the chance to sit down with Caz and Jacob before the show, stay tuned for Q&A!
