Breaded foods, like this crispy shrimp, don't have to be fried -- baking can yield results that are just as crispy (with less fat), especially when you use flaky panko instead of breadcrumbs.

    I like the Martha Stewart Living magazine and web site, but I am having a problem with the recipes. I am a diabetic and none of the recipes list the nutritional amounts. I have to watch calories and carbs, so this information is much needed. Is there something that can be done to help us that need this info...?
