I make this ALL THE TIME! My daugter, AJ, loves it so much we refer to this as "AJ's Pasta". Whenever she is asked to contribute a menu item it's a given that this will be it. It's fast, it's easy, and you can easily substitute broccoli for the peas- just throw it in to cook with the pasta. For the record I made this for some Italian friends who were very suspect of my abilities to turn out a good pasta meal and it got rave reviews. Which is a review at a whole other level when coming from an Italian.

Add zucchini, it's delicious! We used to eat this all the time when I was stationed in Mannheim, Germany at Commissary's Bistro...couldn't get enough of it. It was a special treat on payday
