Occasionally my friends Max and Erica convene their Tasteful Supper Club just to try out recipes and meet new people. Last night, they held a gathering to benefit a local soup kitchen featuring seasonal produce from their CSA, as well as wine donated by their favorite wine store, Vine Wine. Their menus are always decadent, and last night was no exception! One of the stand-outs was the Apple Crisp with vanilla ice cream, pictured above, which actually happens to be an Everyday Food recipe (I promise I had nothing to do with planning the menu)!
