K.K. Haspel runs a small but prolific 5-acre biodynamic farm in Southold, NY (on the easternmost tip of Long Island). The soil is treated exclusively with farm manure and organic compost, and the produce is harvested according to an astrological calendar. Whatever she's doing, it's working!
