I made these today! They didn't come out half as pretty as Martha's but they were tasty! I made my hubby's just like the recipe but I prefer a scrabble so I beat my eggs with a little milk, sauteed spinach and a little parm! Yum! Tasted just like Quiche!

i tried this receipe and it was great and it looked beautiful.....i also altered it a little.....still used the bread, but used crumbled up bacon....cheese and use the egg (scrambled with a little cream or milk),,,they were good and perfect size for the kids...also tried it with ham...yummy
