
Remember when I did that post about my favorite English muffin? The company now has two varieties of gluten-free English muffins available and they are just as delicious as my favorite non-gluten free version. They get nice and crispy when you toast them and have flax and other seeds in them as well. These made for a very satisfying breakfast. Enjoy!!!

I am wondering how this gluten-free English muffins taste. For sure somehow they are delicious, from the packaging, it seems so appetizing. I want to eat some.
