today's recipe: Poached Salmon with Curried Yogurt Sauce

If you prepare the salmon ahead of time, store cooked salmon on a paper towel and in a covered dish in the refrigerator. When you're ready to serve the meal, bring all ingredients to room temperature before combining and garnishing.

    Mmmm, this looks really tasty and appetising. As it is simple to do and quick I could rustle this up easily for a light lunch.

    One of the fantastic things about salmon is that it tastes delicious at really any temperature.

    The curried yoghurt sauce sounds delicious.

    This sounds great. Has anyone tried the Steel Head TrouT at Cosco. Looks like salmon but not oily. Tasty.

    This was fabulous - so easy, very healthy and so flavorful! I only made green beans (not carrots) and as a side dish I also made jasmin rice. The yoghurt sauce is soooo goood (I would use the full amount of curry powder).
