Summer beer in Manhattan, Kansas
I was extremely excited to go to my favorite bar and deli when I recently visited my college town in Manhattan, Kansas. Rock-A-Belly Deli has great deli sandwiches, but what I really love is their summer beer, equal portions light beer and lemonade with a shot of vodka. It tastes like a shandy beer. While nothing beats drinking them on the outdoor patio at Rock-A-Belly, they are easy to make at home, too. I serve them throughout the year at parties—they are especially popular at any sports-related get-togethers.
