An even bigger Aussie burger

I thought our tall Aussie burger in the July/August issue was a showstopper, but this version at Kingswood restaurant in New York might beat it: Called the Queenslander, it is stacked high with lettuce, tomato, beets, grilled pineapple, plus, not one, but two sunny-side-up fried eggs. You can barely see the beef under the eggs!
