    I am giving below three repcies for the meal, the ingredients could be changes to suit the taste and number of persons.These are simple to make.Hope you like it.1. Chicken, Apple And Pineapple Salad Ingredients•3 rings Pineapple•1 cubed Apple•1 cup Mayonnaise•1 Cucumber cut finely•2-3 Cherries•1 Celery cut finely•Half cup grated cheese•Half cup boiled and shredded chickenMethod:1.Mix shredded chicken with mayonnaise in a bowl.2.Once it is mixed well, add grated cheese in it and mix apples and pineapples . Place the cherries on top.3.Chill for 30 minutes and serve.2. Spicy Mint NoodlesIngredients:2-cup noodles (Boiled)1 piece chicken0-12 Shrimps bc cupOnion (slice) bc cupCarrots (julienne)bc cup Capsicum (julienne)bc cup Bean sproutsbc cup cabbage (julienne)1 tsp Gingerbc cup Mint (optional)1 tbsp Madras curry powder1 tsp Vinegara pinch of MSG1 tsp hot chili oil1 no. Egg1 tbsp spring onion3 tbsp Vegetable oilSalt to taste Method1.Heat oil in a wok and add onions, carrots, and green bell pepper. Toss them in high heat for 3-4 minutes. Set aside.2.Add 1 tbsp. of oil and saute9 ginger and chicken; stir them for about 2-3 minutes, then add shrimp and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add madras curry powder, noodles, tomato ketchup (2 tbsp), green chili sauce (1 tbsp), MSG, vinegar and mint.3.Once everything is mixed well, add cabbage, bean sprouts and mix them well.4.Cook eggs in a shallow pan and cut in julienne strips.5.Garnish with these egg strips and chopped spring onions. 3. Chicken ManchurianIngredients:Chicken 1 kg vinegar 4 tbswhite pepper 1 tbsAjinomoto 1 tbs Soya sauce 2 tbsGarlic paste 1 tspGinger paste 1 tspTomato paste 4 tbsTomato ketchup 6 tbs Red chili grounded 3 tspLemon juice 2 tsp Salt to tasteOil 2 tbsChicken stock 1 cup Method:1.In chicken add lemon juice, Soya sauce, ajinomoto salt ,white pepper and vinegar.2.Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken until water dries.3.Now add garlic and ginger paste. Saute9 it for 2 minutes.4.Now add tomato ketchup and a pinch of red food color and cook for another 2 minutes.5.Add chicken stock and let it dry6.Serve it with rice. Hope you like it.stallion.
