Sloppy Joe's make such great comfort food! I recently spent a weekend in Vermont, came home with maple syrup and made maple turkey & caramelized onion sloppy joes with Vermont cheddar and Granny Smith apple. Here's a link, if anyone wants to give them a try: http://sweettheresahomecooking.blogspot.com/2011/08/capturing-vermont-in-brown-paper-bag.html
